Terms of Service

Effective: September 25, 2026

1. What FairSift is

FairSift is a Chrome extension and website that compares product prices across Amazon and eBay. Price comparisons for shoppers are free and unlimited, no account required. FairSift Data — a dashboard of demand signals, price trends, and cross-marketplace spreads for sellers — is a paid subscription at $9.95/month. FairSift is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon or eBay; their names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

2. Accounts

You only need an account if you subscribe to FairSift Data. You're responsible for keeping your credentials safe and for activity under your account. One account per subscriber; don't share logins.

3. Subscriptions and billing

4. Price accuracy

Prices change constantly. We show the prices we observed when you compared, but we can't guarantee a price is still available or accurate when you click through. FairSift is a shopping aid, not financial advice.

5. Affiliate disclosure

Some links FairSift shows — including links to eBay — contain our affiliate ID. If you buy through one, we may earn a commission. It never changes the price you pay, and it never affects which deal we show as the winner: the cheaper price wins, period.

6. Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no excessive automated requests, no attempts to disrupt or circumvent access controls, no scraping the dashboard data for resale, and nothing illegal. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

7. Intellectual property

The FairSift extension, site, and branding are ours. Product data shown in comparisons comes from eBay's API and the pages you visit, and remains the property of its respective owners.

8. Deletion

You can delete your account at any time (see our Privacy Policy). Deleting your account cancels any active subscription and removes your data as described there.

9. The service as-is

FairSift is provided as-is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for decisions you make based on comparisons, for marketplace outages, or for indirect damages. If you don't agree with these terms, don't use the service.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; we'll change the effective date above when we do. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
